The Practice
At Cotswold Holistic Health, we offer a wide range of treatments designed to support your health and wellbeing, including Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Winback 4 Tecar Therapy, LightForce Laser, NESA XSignal Therapy, Cranial Osteopathy, Reflexology, Deep Tissue Sports Massage, and Bespoke Holistic Massage.
Our clinic is led by Sarah Kitchiner, Principal Osteopath, whose passion is helping people achieve lasting health through personalised, compassionate care. Sarah is supported by a dedicated team of experienced practitioners, including Osteopaths Amy Norman, Lorna Stephens, and Mia Hawkins, and Physiotherapist Phoebe Pinnell, who provides expert assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
The team also includes Lizzie Bendle, who specialises in Deep Tissue Sports Massage, and Denise Whichello, whose holistic therapies help support both physical and emotional wellbeing. By working closely together, our practitioners ensure every patient benefits from the combined expertise of our multidisciplinary team, receiving the care that’s right for them.
Behind the scenes, Sarah Wickham, our Practice Manager and Olivia Wickham, Receptionist, help keep everything running smoothly and are the friendly face that welcomes patients into the clinic.
We are also delighted to work alongside Victoria from Otzi Acupuncture, who offers professional acupuncture treatments to support pain relief, promote healing, improve wellbeing, and complement other therapies as part of a holistic approach to healthcare.
For our youngest patients and their families, Anna Branch from Latch Perfect, Tongue-Tie Practitioner, provides professional tongue-tie assessments and frenulotomy procedures for babies in a calm, supportive environment. This specialist service complements our paediatric care, helping babies who may be experiencing feeding difficulties and giving parents access to expert support close to home.
At Cotswold Holistic Health, we believe great healthcare is about more than treating symptoms—it’s about understanding the whole person. By bringing together Osteopaths, a Physiotherapist, Massage Therapists, Acupuncture, and specialist infant services under one roof, we provide truly integrated, patient-centred care. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain, supporting your baby’s feeding journey or simply looking to improve your overall wellbeing, we’re here to help you move better, feel better, and live well.
