Our Team

Sarah Kitchiner

Principal Osteopath

Hi, I’m Sarah Kitchiner, founder of Cotswold Holistic Health.

For over 20 years, I have been helping people find relief from pain, restore balance, and reconnect with their health. I believe that true wellbeing is about more than simply treating symptoms—it’s about understanding the whole person and creating the right conditions for lasting health.

At Cotswold Holistic Health, we’ve created a welcoming space where people can slow down, feel supported, and take a proactive approach to their wellbeing. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing ongoing discomfort, navigating stress, or simply looking to optimise your health, our focus is on helping you move, feel, and live better.

Every treatment begins with listening. By understanding your unique story, lifestyle, and goals, we can create a personalised plan that combines expert osteopathic care with holistic therapies and practical guidance tailored to your needs.

My vision is to provide a centre where healthcare feels different—where clinical excellence meets genuine compassion, and where every person feels empowered on their journey towards better health, resilience, and vitality.
